Appointment Deposit Policy

All appointments require a $150 service and cancellation deposit. This deposit serves as a retainer toward your scheduled service and secures your appointment time. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours (2 days) of your appointment, or if you fail to attend.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Consultation Fees

All deposits and consultation fees—whether for in-person or virtual appointments—are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This applies to all services that require a deposit to reserve time with a provider.

Prepaid Services & Packages

All prepaid services and treatment packages are non-refundable once purchased. These may not be exchanged or credited toward other services unless expressly authorized by management.

Services Rendered

Because aesthetic procedures are highly personalized, no refunds are provided for services that have already been performed. Individual results may vary, and our team always strives to achieve the best possible outcome based on each client’s unique needs and anatomy.

Missed Appointments, Late Arrivals & Cancellations

Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit.

No-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will also result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee as outlined in our scheduling policy.

Transferring Appointments

All prepaid services and deposits are non-transferable unless prior written approval is granted by management.
