Service Description
Review and discuss treatment options, cost and overview of procedures and questions or concerns relating to treatment. This is a completely free phone consult and our primary practitioner will call and text you to confirm the date and time. Clients should take a photo of the area to be worked on and be prepared to send to our practitioner to review and evaluate.
Cancellation Policy
All consultations are completely free of charge and we will do a phone consultation prior to scheduling an in-person consultation (if needed). We require a $150 deposit for any work appointments prior to scheduling. Any work appointments that are canceled outside of the 48 hour window or no-shows, are subject to a $150 charge for missed appointments.
